I’m an intolerant mum of two (aged 7 and 2). Intolerant of wheat, lactose and my kids. That means I try not to eat too much wheat or dairy and, well I can’t really do a lot about the kids. Chanting “I must be more patient” and drinking wine helps a little with the child-intolerance but I think it’s essentially incurable.  When not attempting to eat clean, unprocessed foods you will find me bribing my children with chocolate and mooching in my local coffee shop where my two year old likes to breakfast upon crisps.

I studied English at University so I love writing, and have always loved food, cooking and learning more about nutrition. I don’t know why its taken me so long to combine my passions and start blogging, but here I am eventually.
